9.30am - 4.00pm Chare Ends car park - Holy Island

Do you fancy a day on Holy Island planting a variety of tree species?

In partnership with the Holy Island Parish Council and Natural England, Peregrini Lindisfarne will be spending the day planting 30 Hawthorn, Whitebeam and Rowan standard trees. We'll be staying over the tide so bring a packed lunch or have a bite in one of the local eateries. Tools will be provided.

The project comes from the Holy Island Visitor Management Strategy developed by the Holy island Partnership and is being included within Peregrini's Gateways to the Land & Seascape project.

Please email David if you're interested in attending.

The Peregrini Lindisfarne Landscape Partnership Scheme is managed by a Partnership of professional and community representatives from Holy Island and surrounding shore side area. The lead organisation for the Scheme is the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Partnership, hosted by Northumberland County Council.
